Summering in Southampton

Slightly delayed, the HomeGoods inspiration showcases a Steven Gambrel from Cottages & Gardens. The Hampton’s project owners are David Kratz, President of NYAA, and his husband Greg Unis, CEO of Victoria Secret.  The three men set out on a mission to reinvent the cottage and maintaining the original floor plan.  To accomplish this task properly, they solicited the expertise of Martin Sosa an esteemed architect from Arcologica.

The edifice was in dire need of an update to become a newer and better version of its 19th-century foundation. The owners understated good-taste and outdoorsy spirit was pleasing for the local coastal crowd.  Their passion for animals and connection to antique collectibles is a respected imprint throughout the home.

The complete layout adheres to a love for entertaining in an effortlessly elegant style. A common mindset for those summering in Southampton who appreciate the modern-day luxuries and a casually chic lifestyle.
