I stumbled on a gorgeous townhouse, one of two homes in the state of New York, owned by clothing designer Adam Lippes. The dwelling is from the archives of Architectural Digest, located on the outside of Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village.
The full editorial can be viewed here it explains Adam’s journey that led to finding this historic 1830s gem. Discovery and beginning of a brand-new phase in life, personally and professionally. The interior images offer the perfect combination of traditional and contemporary styles. The anesthetic uses the prewar architecture as a canvas to showcase a diverse group of furnishings, artwork, and decor. The distinguished paint hues and memorable wallpaper add a finishing touch of refined charm.
Adam’s chic downtown elegance and uptown sophistication are character traits he respects behind all his work. It is also the inspiration behind his namesake women’s luxury brand.
Forever Chic!
