I would be remiss if I did not recognize the Fare Thee Well Concert for the Grateful Dead. The festival originated in Santa Clara and closed the curtain in Chicago at Soldier Field after a 50-year run. The musicians included the remaining four band members who celebrated the group’s artistry, brilliant technology, and devoted love for the music.
The band performed for 70,000 fans celebrating a culture built on living simply and the confidence to express your individuality. The multi-generations of fans engrossed the stadium with pure joy allowing the magic of music to fill their hearts with gratitude.
As a Dead fan, I am thankful to have been exposed to the music, friendships, and memories I will cherish for a lifetime. Fare Thee Well to the finest band in the land, keeping the faith there are great things to come.
